How to get tested for cannabis drugs.

How to pass a cannabis test

Of all the intoxicants in the world, THC is one of the most persistent. It remains detectable in the body for a long time. This can backfire on people who have to take prescribed drug tests or who live where traffic rules are common. Are you going to take a drug test? Then check out these three detoxification methods.
Although the world is becoming more cannabis-friendly, cannabis users still have some logistical hurdles to overcome. In some countries, some specialists routinely undergo drug testing. Over the years, drug testing at traffic control points has become more common.
The classification of cannabis is still debated, and despite the success of the legalization movement, it is still considered a dangerous drug in the eyes of most governments. In fact, even in countries where cannabis is legal, driving while under the influence of cannabis or testing positive for a drug in a professional context is still taboo. This situation can create difficulties for cannabis patients and recreational cannabis users, especially if they test positive for cannabis.

How long does THC stay in the body?

When drug testing is done, THC is almost never tested. Rather, they target a metabolite THC, which is produced in the liver: in the case of THC, it is THC-COOH. This metabolite, THC, persists in urine and blood for much longer than THC itself. Evidence has shown that the plasma half-life of THC-COOH in chronic cannabis user is up to 12 days, which means that it is present in the body every 13 days. The amount is reduced by 50%.
According to a report from the National Drug Court Institute, people who use cannabis once or very rarely can completely decompose it within days. With more frequent use, it may take longer for the body to clear accumulated cannabinoids. With a tolerance limit of 50 nanograms per milliliter, a urine sample from a casual user will no longer contain any detectable cannabinoid metabolites three to four days after ingestion. However, in the case of a chronic user, THC-COOH can be detectable for up to ten days.
Many factors affect the detectability of cannabis, such as the effectiveness of the cannabis itself, the frequency of its use, and the condition of your body (metabolism, body fat, and exercise).
The body itself is one of the main factors in this equation, as THC is stored in fat cells. These fat cells, along with other cannabinoids, gradually release THC into the bloodstream. Fat cells play a big role in whether you gain or lose weight. Although this has not been scientifically proven, it can be assumed that more THC can be stored in the body when there are more fat cells.

How to take a drug test in just two days.

The success of cannabis elimination from the body on time and the success of the test also depend on the type of drug test being performed. Most of the drug tests prescribed by the employer are urine tests, while most of the drug tests for stopping movement are saliva swabs.
For casual cannabis users, cannabis can be detected through most urinalysis procedures three to four days after use. In saliva smears, THC and its metabolites are detected within a maximum of 30 hours after ingestion.
This window of time increases as you consume. However, in the case of saliva analysis, the frequency of cannabis use does not matter. That is why it is better to refrain from using it if you do not want to get a positive result. However, many consumers do not want this and are unlikely to follow this advice, so timing and careful preparation are the next best decisions.
There is no surefire way to quickly rid your body of cannabis and its metabolites, no matter what detoxification products you want you to know. Too many factors are involved, and most of them differ from person to person. However, there are ways to prepare for a drug test and reduce your chances of getting a positive result.
1. Detox diet: eating foods and drinks that remove toxins.
This is a very delicate opportunity. Detox food is a highly controversial topic. Detox diets are popular and usually have two goals: help you lose weight and eliminate toxins. This article is devoted to the second point.
So does detoxifying food help break down toxins? This has yet to be proven. Hopefully more research will be done in this direction in the future, because after all, many people follow these diets.

Some reports suggest some dietary changes, but they may be helpful:

• Increase your fluid intake.

Liquids help to liquefy urinary waste products. Metabolites are made up of a chemical that the body makes from another chemical that is in turn absorbed into the body – in the case of delta-9-THC, this is THC-COOH. Drug tests are designed to measure a specific concentration of metabolites. Results below the specified limit are considered negative. This means that it is not necessary to completely eliminate all metabolites in order to pass a drug test.
However, drinking a lot of water can lead to a decrease in urine creatinine levels. For drug testing, urine samples should be tested for creatinine. If creatinine is below a certain threshold (below 4.0 mmol / L), negative results may be invalid. Many drug testing laboratories consider this to be an obvious attempt to dilute urine that would be classified as “suspicious” (and which could lead to a positive or invalid test result).
An alternative could be a beverage that contains elements other than its liquid nature. For example, a natural detox drink like cranberry juice or green tea. If you choose the non-organic route, some energy drinks contain minerals and / or electrolytes that can make your urine a “conductive solution”.

• Focus on fruits, vegetables, and healthy drinks.

Carbohydrates and fats are two ingredients that can be found in many, many foods. In general, avoiding them completely is impossible and harmful to health. However, in the context discussed here, the greater your chances of detoxification, the more often you replace them with healthier foods such as vegetables and fruits to a reasonable degree.
Especially large amounts of fat in the digestive system can slow down detoxification. As I said, THC is fat soluble, so a high fat content can start a whole new cannabinoid life cycle.

• Lemon juice / lemon water.

Everyone knows a health conscious person who drinks lemon juice mixed with warm water (lemon water) in the morning. Lemon juice speeds up the metabolism, especially in relation to how the body converts lipids (fats) – and this is where cannabinoids are stored in the body, as mentioned above. So when you get a drug test message, start drinking lemon juice in the morning as soon as possible.

• Cranberry juice.

Naturopaths often prescribe cranberry juice as a detox agent, although there is little scientific evidence for this. This approach is based primarily on anecdotal evidence of success related to THC detoxification. Drinking cranberry juice reduced the number of clinical episodes of urinary tract infections (UTIs) in women. Mainly for this reason, cranberry juice is used for naturopathy.
But don’t be alarmed, because drinking cranberry juice makes your urine pink! Therefore, you should not drink cranberry juice the day before a drug test, or you may notice that you have tried to detoxify.

• Green tea.

Green tea is often mentioned when looking for ways to detoxify THC. It has antioxidant properties and is considered very suitable for flushing pollutants out of the body.
However, you need to drink plenty of green tea to flush THC out of your body. You can consume green tea in tablet form instead of drinking green tea. The tablets can be an effective way to increase the antioxidant capacity of plasma through green tea. However, they should be viewed as a complementary tool rather than a last resort.

• Coffee.

The active ingredient in the little black beans that many people love to eat is caffeine, a natural diuretic. This basically means that it will stimulate the flow of urine. Drinking coffee with plenty of water can help flush more fluid from the body in the hope that this fluid will also remove many of the THC metabolites stored in the body.
In addition to the drinks listed above, certain foods such as vegetables, garlic, and coriander can also help with detoxification.

2. Detoxing Through Sweating: Can You Get Rid of THC?

Many believe that sweating also removes toxins from the body. The skin is sometimes called the third kidney, especially by naturopaths. Because while we hardly notice it, the skin is one of the largest excretory organs in the entire body. The principle of detoxification through perspiration is based on this. However, there are conflicting opinions about this detoxification method. Some scientists argue that detoxifying with perspiration is a myth.
However, those looking to give it a try can naturally stimulate sweat production through cardiovascular activities such as running, jogging, or simply walking. In addition, cardiovascular activity also helps burn fat cells, which are known to store THC. Alternatively, you can try spending time in the sauna to stimulate sweating – although research has yet to confirm this assumption (what a good research that would be!).

3. The only true detox: take a break from cannabis tolerance.

Sleep is another daily way to naturally detoxify your body. However, if you are anxious and stressed, the elimination of toxins from the body is slower. When you can sleep and relax all night, it will be much easier for your body to naturally flush out toxins. You can read or try yoga, which will help you relax enough to get a good night’s sleep.
Last but not least, there is one truth that many cannabis users do not want to hear: once you receive a drug test subpoena, it is best to stop using cannabis altogether. Tolerance disorder is actually the most natural form of THC detoxification. You will also be amazed at how beneficial this detox is for the body. But more importantly, it gives the body time to break down THC naturally. This is the best and safest way to take a drug test.
